gates of destiny

"Skies are dark it's time to rain, fine or cold you've board the train, heading for tomorrow, I wave goodbye to yesterday" - SAY IT ISN'T SO - Gareth Gates

Sometimes what you are looking for will pop up on your face when you almost forgot it. I've been looking for this song for more than a decade now because I only heard it once when I was in senior high, I did not get any details about the song until I heard it again last night and now I have it in my play list. Awesome! This is one reason why I can't give up my faith on destiny.

you just missed my wit

I'm not actually a dimwit... I'm just good at playing dead...

And if you missed my wit, then definitely you are the fool believing that you know everything when in fact ... you have No idea.

Attached (GenJuri)

There is something magical and fulfilling when you sit at the back and watch your best friend walk in to the aisle. You can't help but to be happy for her "forever". And in that perfect moment of hers you knew that perfect moments are free and extremely beautiful.

1Corinthians 13: 7-8...it says love Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. love never fails: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. "

To live and just live then leave

I wonder if anything in my life had ever been this perfect and I know at the same time that it hadn't ...

living in a lie

How does it feel
When your lies become your truth

Suddenly I got that feeling of emptiness
Knowing that you'll be going faraway
Summer is over and rainy days and madness
Got me shiver like it's the end of my days

And that love never spoken
Like a poison gas inside me
My heart just knows that it's falling and falling and it's fallen
I bet it's so easy to see

And you have that place in my heart
I don't know what to call it
But by the time we're apart
I know it's empty and I can't contain it

And if all roads lead to you
I wouldn't mind the walking
Like a lark singing the same old blues
I wouldn't mind the bearing

And that little time we shared
I'm glad I cherished it in every way
All the laughs and the love and the care
I just hope you're feeling the same way

And those secrets we keep
We said til grave we'll meet
That trust we give and receive
Somehow I know will never leave

And I wait for that day to come
The day God will finally reveal what the yes means
And I know you'll be there waiting with a song
As our longing lips sealed with each other's kiss.

Our love might be unspoken
But each smile speaks more
Our love might be unspoken
But I know it's true and sure and pure.

I made it obvious... I said it in this Love song.

It's always the same words I say every after I've watched these movies since Part 1... "Mission Impossible never fails to impress me"

It's been 5 movies but still never fails to impress me.

through and through

A good book is when you have read it a hundred times but still feels like the first time you read it.

A good movie is when you've watched it over and over again but still manage to keep you interested.

"For you should always look at the window. Cause you missed it once, you'll miss it again.

Love Song For No One

I'm singing this sad song
As empty as my heart
Nobody seems to know
I'm tearing apart

She said guard your broken life and heart the same
As he whispers - I'll pick up the broken pieces scattered
Then I question whether time or fate is to blame
Watching every walls shatter.

I'm here again walking alone and you're in my mind
On this same street over and over
Cause I know you've been here a thousand times
But I never see you here, I wonder

And I remember we both love action movies
Mission impossibles and Bourne trilogy
We talked about pop celebrities A1, blue, Backstreet boys, westlife in coffees

I'm always jealous on you and that rat
And you just keep on understanding me
You think I'm a childish brat
How I wish you know my heart and see

Your smile hides something, I know
The way your eyes glide on each way I go
But time and fate and destiny and tides are low
We move on as we grow

Let me find myself in you
Cause I lost it somewhere
Somewhere I lost my happiness too
But I was never been there

Lonely is the heart that sings this song
Like a table for two but I'm the only one sitting there
Imagining things that I long
I'm painting your face sitting on that chair

I hope this song flies to you
And the message it carries beneath
My hopes, my prayers all in blue
As I sigh in deepest breath

of Life and Coffee

I was in Starbucks this evening just enjoying my coffee when a barista approached me and asked of if I could do a coffee tasting with them. So I accepted the offer. After the introductions, they served the espressos. They asked me some questions like what comes first to your mind when you smell the aroma of coffee, and I answered - great mornings because I love mornings. I love having a late breakfast with a cup of hot coffee while I indulge my mind with ideas and then blog about it.

But my answer to their last question, is what I think lingered in their minds. They asked me how do I relate myself to espresso coffee and I answered - "well, as we know, coffee tastes bitter but still, it's good... just like life, in our lives we all have bitterness, but still, life is good."

And everybody laughed...

And I just hope I touched their lives in my small way... I hope somehow I inspired them on how life and coffee should be.

hear Say

Have the courage to trust love once again... always once again.

Empty Room

For your eyes still haunts me
As I saw your picture the other day
Your smile still swoons me
Like an addiction as they say

For two decades seemed like yesterday
To different beautiful faces
I had fallen deeply enough in every way
But each time it ends I find myself in this same place

You're my empty room
That place in my heart that could never be filled
That when the time comes that you're tired to roam
That empty room is waiting for you unsealed.

For every road leads me to your door
The world is changing I wonder my heart remains
You struck me to the core
My soul mate, my freedom, my chain.

Wondering Wander

God said "Love your enemies"...

I'm thinking... if I unfriend you, if I fight with you, then we'll be enemies...

...will you love me then?

To Cry a River for the Best Man

But you could have been the best man
Tried to fight the groom
And it was never my intention
But we are all doomed.

And you are the one that I would take chances
To meet again for the first time
Risk to disturb the balances
Close my eyes and make you mine

And those butterflies in my stomach are disturbing
I wish I could believe myself
It was only the food I have taken
But it remains on twelfth

And you love numbers while I love words
Your mom and I share the same verse
Counting heartaches with the same bird
You and I, and that moment we cursed

For we never shared the same bitter bread with sour cream
Of chocolates, and coffees and nicotine
We are freeze in each other's daydream
Trapped in the same man's skin

You hate snakes but love green tea shakes
And on the London bridge we shared the same plate
And we almost drowned on that beautiful lake
I remember how you laugh when a fish ate my sky flakes

And I remember the dream I had in a cave on a hill
How Batman arrives in a black coat
And you took off your mask before the meal
Your face is red as we reach the boat

We got up early one morning and made fun under the sun
We didn't care about that man asleep
We shared the same hopes and tan
And he did not realize we leaped our lips

But what happened to my happy ending
And it is so easy to point a finger
Blame all the bends that keep on bending
Does the pain worth the linger

And yes you could have been the best man
And how I wish the irony ends as I sigh
For the bride should marry the best man
Standing at the end of the aisle

KINTSUGI

The Japanese repair broken pottery with a powder gold lacquer to highlight imperfections and not to hide them. That process is called "Kintsugi".

I remember I had a post here on my blog regarding how I appreciate imperfections. That beauty is not about being perfect because being perfect has no room for improvement. Though most of us hide our imperfections I'd rather show it. I believe in the beauty of the flaws. That every line of imperfections has a story that shines like that golden lacquer as I show the world that even though how broken I am... I am still whole. That every scar has it's degree of deepness that shows how each tragedy sketched it's way to become an art in me. How every tear that drops add something to that cup until it overflows and becomes an epitome of generosity of kindness. How every pain adds a color to that canvas until it become as radiant as summer that gives warmth to the heart. How every heartache punches the heart until it becomes redder and full of love. How every mistake find it's way to the right one.

And I am not ashamed of my flaws... for it made me shine the rays of beautiful imperfection

the goddess has fallen

Even gods and goddesses commit mistakes, not even the chosen one is perfect, even the holies sinned. No one is exceptional when it comes to temptation. Even the best falls sometimes.

But what is wrong in our modern civilization is that men and women are not treated equally. Women now are becoming so powerful that almost all the organizations sympathize with them.
Yes women are physically weaker than men, but men are not invincible. Most of the time people sympathized with women even if the case is obviously twisted. We are living in a world where men are always wrong and women are always right.

Mind to give an example, if a man woos a woman for quite sometime and suddenly the woman dump the man, people would say - "maybe she saw something not good about that guy, good for her. "

But if it's the other way around, if a man all of a sudden stopped wooing a woman, people would say - "oh he just made her his flavor of the month. "

The question is... do men don't have the right to stopped wooing a woman if they saw something not good about that woman too, if the woman they are dating has a bad attitude they cannot tolerate?

If a woman was hurt by her husband, automatically, the man is the villain. There is no benefit of the doubt even if we are just blinded by the lies we were fed in. We are blind and deaf from the reality that women now are capable of adultery.

Not all women are good and not all men are villain.

I suggest before we react and judge a man and a woman, we should know first the three sides of the story... because in every story there always three... HER STORY... HIS STORY... THEIR STORY.

Let us not be biased to any gender because men are humans too... and they're ain't Super men
