Scentless

Could I blame you?
With pointing fingers,
Endless accusations,
Lame alibis, and excuses.
Guilt stricken,
Punishing rebels.
Stripped me off my senses,
Breathing without a scent.

Could I dare you?
Save me from myself.
Grip less reach,
Grievous speech.
Endless fights,
Aimless flights.
We are helpless creatures,
Created for your amusement.

Could you bring back
What I've lost?
The faith once carried me
To the heavenly coast.
In a blink of an eye
I'll be lost.
Hold me tight,
Bring me back to the light.
